Plumbing

What we take care of.

Each one starts the same way: we listen, we look, and we explain what we found before anything begins.

01

Emergency plumbing

Burst pipes, no water, and the leak that will not stop.

Tell us what you can see and what you have already turned off, and we will talk you through closing the supply while we are on the way. We stop the water first and diagnose second.

02

Water heaters

No hot water, not enough of it, or a tank that has started to leak.

Cold showers usually come down to a short list of faults, or a unit at the end of its life. We test before we recommend, and size any replacement for the house you actually have.

03

Drain cleaning & clogs

Slow sinks, backed-up showers, and the drain that keeps coming back.

A drain that blocks again a month later was never really cleared. We snake or jet the line, and where the pattern suggests something structural we put a camera down it so you know what you are dealing with.

04

Leak detection & pipe repair

A stain on the ceiling, a meter that moves with everything off.

Leaks hide. We track them with pressure testing, acoustic listening and moisture readings so the wall gets opened once, in the right place, then repair the affected length.

05

Toilets, faucets & fixtures

Running toilets, dripping taps, and new fittings put in properly.

The small jobs are the ones most often done badly. We fit what you have bought or supply the part, set it so it seals, and test it under real pressure before we leave.

06

Sewer & main lines

Water mains, sewer laterals, shutoff valves, and the work under the yard.

We camera the line, locate the fault, and lay out the options with what each one means for your yard and your driveway, before anybody brings a machine down the street.

How it works

Clear steps, start to finish.

  1. Gloved plumber's hands joining blue PEX pipe with a brass fitting

    01of 03

    Tell us what is happening

You describe what you can see and hear. We ask the questions that narrow it down.

  2. Uniformed technician standing at the open door of her service van outside a house

    02of 03

    We find the cause

On site we test and inspect until we know the reason rather than the symptom, then show you what we found.

  3. Plumber in gloves fitting copper pipework and valves beneath a wall-hung boiler

    03of 03

    We fix it

The repair gets made, and we talk you through what was done.

Questions

Common questions, answered.

If yours is not here, ask us. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Ask us directly(520) 422-4068
What should I do before you get here?

Close the main shutoff valve, then open the lowest tap in the house to drain the standing pressure out of the pipes. If the water is anywhere near outlets or an appliance, leave the power to that room off and stay out of it.

Is an emergency visit priced differently?

Ask about the callout and diagnostic charge when you call.

Should I repair or replace my water heater?

If the tank itself is leaking it is a replacement, because a corroded tank cannot be patched. If it is an element, a valve, a thermostat or a thermocouple, a repair is usually the right call and we will say so.

Why does the same drain keep blocking?

A blockage that returns has a cause: roots at a joint, a belly in the line holding water, a vent problem, or too little fall. A camera is what turns that from a guess into an answer you can act on.

How do I know I have a hidden leak?

Turn off every fixture and appliance, then watch the water meter. If it is still moving, water is leaving the system somewhere. A warm patch on a slab floor, a musty smell in one room, or a bill that jumped are the other tells.
